Reaction on the article

On the Article that i have read, it talks about the theory of malthus and the contradictions that gave to the country that implied malthus' theory, the effect of massive increasement of population and the agenda for controlling the upsurge of a country's population. Generally it talks about how population affects the economical status of a certain country.
For me, the growth of a population has nothing to do or maybe it has but only a li'l bit. If we were to scale the population of two countries, like Philippines and China, we all know that these two countries have very big populations but when you look at the economical status of these two countries, China still is productive even though they have enormous scale of population while the Philippines is might as well dropping its productivity below its average rate. I assume that the growth of population of each country is little to do with its economical status.the economical status of every country depends on the people in the country its economical balance. And thats what i assume.
Well, I slightly agree with the theory of malthus because it maybe useful that his theory can be beneficial, but the problem is that his theory only implies to the lower class and the mid calss in the society, rich people is not affected by this. The population control strategy called for the late marriage and sexual abstinence also and only implies to the lower and mid class of the society. Well the theory of malthus,uhmm...i might as well say that its not beneficial to such country that does not fit the standards of the theory of malthus, and there are many counrties that does not fit to its standards.
And in the Article, it mentioned about the use of contraceptives, laws and programs to handle population; an example of these are omnibus law covering reproductive health, population policy, two-child policy and sex education for the youth. Instigating laws, programs to manage population, and using contraceptives is not erroneou; this can help rise the economical status of a country and its population, but it must be assured that it will not be the cause of the demise of a country, an example for these situation is the country of China, China implemented the two-child policy, it made accomlishments though when years passed by inconcistency rised, people felt that the country is lack of young adults who could do hard labor for the country. It is not wrong to implement programs, laws, and policies but it must be assured that there would be no flaws.
The scale of population of country does not matter, it is the people of a country that can bring oblivion or truimph.
